So, I’ve decided I’m going to do Friday faves every second Friday. I’ll be filling you in on current fave beauty products that I’ve come across and love.
As someone who “sadly” (as my husband would say) has a make up addiction and is constantly buying new products for my kit and is also subscribed to monthly makeup hauls (okay, he might be right it’s pretty bad) I have an overwhelming amount of makeup and skin care products that I’ve tried and tested. The thing is, as the seasons change I switch up my Skin Care routine and of course transition into my Fall, Winter, Summer or Spring collections depending on what season we’re in. So, now that we’re headed into winter I’m ready to alter my routine.
Here are my Friday faves for Nov 24th.
Philosophy renewed hope in a jar. It’s a refreshing and refining moisturizer. This stuff is so hydrating and leaves my skin feeling so soft. It’s one of the best creams I’ve ever used (and I obviously need a replacement).
Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil. With 100% pure plant extract this stuff is not only a Friday fave, but an all time fave. I actually use it year round and its the only oil I’ve used that doesn’t give me break outs…and I use it twice a day.
L’Oreal Infallible Pro Glow Foundation (I’m #202 creamy natural). I can’t Stress enough how dry my skin gets in the winter months and this foundation gives me the best glow and doesn’t stick to dry patches (like, ewwww). It truly is one of the best foundations I’ve ever tried.
L’Oreal Brow Artist Designer. This thing is a current must have. With a four month old baby the last thing I have time for is perfecting my brows. This pencil is the perfect shade of brown and is so incredibly easy to use. Unlike before having a baby you’ll often find me sans makeup these days, but I never go anywhere without brows, so this is a must for filling them in quickly and jetting our the door.
My Luna Lio Crayon in Elara. I received this in my Ipsy Glam Bag and I haven’t let it out of my sight since. It is so pigmented and hydrating and just like the eyebrows pencil I mentioned above it’s so easy to use and carry on me. I often just draw some on while I’m on the go and it stays all day. Also, this shade of pink pretty much goes with anything.
Happy Friyay everyone.
