I’m going to admit right off the bat that I thought I would have mixed reviews on these products after testing them for only ten days, however, if there’s one thing I can confidently say about all three products is that they are all amazing.
I have been using Biotin, Vitamin B-12 and Hydration from SBR Nutrition for the past 10 days and I’m about to dive into the major differences I’ve seen in my body and mind.
Let’s talk the biotin first. Who knew this stuff was so amazing for hair, skin and nails? (Everybody raises hand, but me). Whatevs, I now know and I’m so impressed with my results after only 10 days of use. When I first started my nails were cracked, broken and brittle, they looked and felt like shit, it was embarrassing. Today, they feel strong and are growing so fast. I feel the same about my hair too. My hair has practically been the same length for the past ten years and I don’t cut it often, it just straight up sucks. It usually feels like straw, looks “ratty” and my split ends are horrendous, but I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s softer then ever before, looks shiny and healthy and feels fucking fabulous. Last night my sister in law even said “your hair looks so healthy”. I literally thought she was joking because I’m not used to being the one with good hair, but here I am…ten days after using Biotin and I’m already getting compliments on how much healthier it looks(insert Sophia Vargara hair flip here).
Now let’s chat about the B12. I don’t know exactly how to explain how this has helped me, but I can say that since my mom passed away in August I haven’t been myself. I haven’t been very happy and I feel exhausted all the time. I’m not eating great and I haven’t been taking care of myself, so my body and mind are screaming SOS. I feel like this B12 supplement has helped me balance myself back out. I’ve got more energy, I feel more motivated to get going in the mornings (I’m NOT a morning person, my husband can attest to that) and I’m falling asleep better at night. I think the B12 has helped in synthesizing and metabolizing the seratonin in my body resulting in feeling less depressed. After using this for over a week I’m quite confident I might have a vitamin B12 deficiency, so I’ll be heading to my doctor to chat about that. In the interim, this is definitely helping.
Last but not least, let’s talk about the liquid hydration formula. They had me at “this is a more efficient form of hydration then water alone”. First off, I’m terrible at drinking enough water. Like, I have a 15 month old that I chase around all day, so I don’t have time to chug back eight glasses of water and use the washroom 18 times a day #momlife. This formula is an electrolyte replenishing, liquid concentrate and is most helpful for those of us not wanting sugary drinks like vitamin water, Gatorade, etc to replenish electrolytes. I add two drops to my water in the morning and night. I’ve even noticed my skin looks better and is so clear and soft(see pic below), I haven’t felt dehydrated at all this past week and I like the fact that it adds so much minerals, B vitamins and enzymes to my body.
I would say that together these three products have easily helped me feel regenerated and more balanced in my day to day life. I can’t thank SBR Nutrition enough because I didn’t know what my body needed, but they sent me the perfect blend of supplements to get me back on track to feeling like my best self. I will 100% keep using these products and recommend them to all of you guys too. Get it here:
The benefits from vitamins can vary by individual. It’s important you check to see if you’re deficient in a vitamin before deciding to take supplementation.
